MCXA features a reasonably complete and usable set of command-line tools, and a dysfunctional GUI (mostly dysfunctional due to the recent API change for drawdowns, but also due to general feature incompleteness). MCXA library includes Java classes to create and manage cryptographic keys, validate and sign XML certificates, and interface to the Web services. It also includes simple CLI tools to perform the basic transactions..
