Getmail-cfg.sh is a script for setting up getmail mail fetcher. Getmail-cfg.sh is written for users who want to manage multiple accounts and fetch mail from them. When setting up user accounts, it tries to guess some of the values (like Maildir or mbox) and sets the appropriate values in the configuration. Calling the script without arguments will fetch the mail from all accounts that are already configured for that user..
