What's with people submitting pictures of their product's box in the screen shot area? This is the second wallpaper changer I've reviewed, and the second one with a picture of the box. Maybe because if you saw this UI, you'd think that they were smoking crack asking for $30 for this program. There are much much better free alternatives out there, like PictureShare.net's free wallpaper changer. The UI on this program is confusing. It has a wallpaper directory area and then something called Secondary Directories. I don't know what those are for. It doesn't appear there's an option to resize the image, just stretch it, which Windows does for free. The UI has all these confusing move buttons. For instance, I can move an image from the wallpaper directory to the secondary directory. Why would I want to do that, I'm not sure. Their options are a bit useless, like "Turn off Tooltips". That one is going to come in handy. They have useless tool bar icons, like "View a random wallpaper without changing the imag [sic]". That's sure useful. Also, I really hate programs that confirm the fact you want to close them. I hit close, just close. If I did it by accident, I can start the program up again. Man, that's just bad UI. So, go get PictureShare.net's for free and quit wasting time with people charging $30 for something that other people give away for free. There is no way they've got $30 worth of value in here. Especially since there's so many free options out there.
