JDistro is a project to build a Java distribution. The main subprojects are a shared runtime, an application launcher, a Swing desktop with document management, a transparent virtual file system, and an access to remote applications. Whats New in This Release: - This release provides new jsh commands (expr, gc, ping, and stat), chat in Yak, and a djrate client. - It also updates asm and the sound player.. JDistro is a pure java project providing a swing-based desktop, a shared runtime and a software distribution.
