Alex Desktop is an add-on to Microsoft Outlook 2007 and 2003. The program scans your emails for resume attachments and converts these attachments into searchable Outlook Contacts (vCards).The great thing about ALEX Desktop is that any Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007 users can take advantage of its features. This product is based on the candidate resumes you receive in your email inbox!

After you download ALEX Desktop and begin using it, your candidate resumes become categorized contacts in your Microsoft Outlook contacts folder. All contact information, including name, address, phone and email are included in the contact entry, as well as the full resume.
