TextGuard is a web-based software application downloadable via the Internet for immediate application to mobile communication devices. It is being launched as a Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) solution and automatically provides control and security for the mobile communication device and the electronic data, (conversations), between all parties. The TextGuard market includes but is not limited to the following compliance regulated industries; Securities, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Accounting and Hedge Funds. Additionally, any Fortune 1000 company or Small Business will also benefit from the TextGuard Solution given its functionality and low price point.

TextGuard™ automatically monitors & logs data and all the activities related to the mobile device, blocking and filtering calls, messages, websites, emails, etc.. It enables employers and Business Owners to archive text messages, log messages, block messages and keep harmful spyware off company mobile devices. TextGuard also helps businesses monitor employee devices, track and filter emails and allows company administrators to remotely lock devices down due to a layoff or termination, rendering the device unusable.

According to a study “Mobile Messaging Market Trends, 2007-2010” published by Osterman Research, Accessing corporate data and losing devices are key concerns of Business Enterprises. Almost as serious a problem is accessing corporate data repositories from a mobile device and data loss resulting from employees losing the mobile device. A significant proportion of organizations view protection against liability in the event of the loss of a mobile device, as well as reporting and analysis capabilities, to be difficult or very difficult problems. With TextGuard installed on the company mobile devices, the Intellectual Property and confidential company information will be safe and secure. Employers will have evidentiary-quality records from the SMS messages for later retrieval.
