It controls all the necessary actions to administer a project, personnel and human resources, tasks assigned to each person, material resources needed to develop each task, costs and budgets, vacations or days off, dependencies (which tasks are needed to be completed first), durations, etc.In GanttPV there is a complete user interface with numerous options and possibilities that maybe at first are hard to follow, but when you get used to it it lets you do everything fast. It is highly functional and a very valuable instrument when controlling big projects smoothly. And it is completely free!
