Splash PopOver lets you create Splash-style popu-ups, that look friendly, in the same window of your normal page. These pop-up effects are in no way intrusive like traditional publicity pop-ups, and just look like an extension to your webpage.They are more attractive pop-ups, less irritating, and generate better consequences for your visitors. Also, they can+t be blocked by any other software (but also don+t need it). Splash PopOver is totally free and lets you create an unlimited number of Splash pop-up windows. Define the frequency, autoclose options, change the background colour, etc.
