Net Share Watcher monitors all the folder and file sharing on a set network, alerting the user every time a net user modifies the ACL of a group share that breaks the access permission (for example, change the ACL of an "Everyone" folder).If it detects a change that doesn`t break the rules, Net Share Watcher is still able to deactivate the sharing, send an email or network message, or tell you via the system tray.
