Girafics3 is a unique graphic viewer and manipulator, convenient and easy to operate and can be either stand alone or registered to run in the context menu. It also has other tricks to amuse you including creating shaped regions that can be used to great effect in creating and setting interesting wallpaper. Graphics can be easily and quickly resized or sections cut, cropped, copied and pasted then saved in one of the standard formats. It is the perfect companion program for web designers where the graphic can be laid over a web page and resized to fit. It is a very versatile program combining many of the most used graphic manipulation functions in a single freeware program. Add it to your desktop toolbox and you will use it frequently.
