You can take your laptop out of the office environment but will you be able to use it or does it need reconfiguring? Does it want to access your company's network and print on that big printer at the office even when you are at the other end of the world? With our free tool, "MayaBase XP Laptop Switcher", you can setup as many configurations as you like. Every configuration can have unique settings for: Enabling and Disabling network cards; Automatic or static Network settings for the TCP/IP protocol; desktop Wallpaper; speaker volume; default printer; system files host and lmhost for presetting names; Stopping system services you don't need; Starting services you do need; Running software at startup you would have to run anyway.
