The software "Speaking Chinese V2.1" is designed for non-native speakers who want to learn a language quickly to speak and learn practical conversational Mandarin (Putonghua). It is a comprehensive tool for beginning students, life-long speakers, and scholars alike. It designed from the ground up to take advantage of computer-aided learning. We offer a new pedagogy in studying Chinese. It is not learning and understanding complex Chinese characters and PinYin first , just hear and speak in your working spare time ,open your mouth ,you will speak Chinese fluently . The software "Speaking Chinese V2.1" includes One Thousand daily used conversation sentences ,all characters listed in the paper "A Study of the Two Thousand and Five hundred Most Frequently Used Chinese Characters" and more than 7800 characters to Ping Yin database .
