SupportCenter is Web 2.0 (AJAX) Helpdesk and Customer Support Software.
It offers very fast, easy to use and intuitive Web interface with a lot of unique features.
SupportCenter can read emails from unlimited number of mail accounts (POP3), sort them into unlimited number of Queues with unlimited number of Rules and to unlimited number of support agents. It can process thousands of emails per hour.

Support Center = Productive Email and Communication Management

When you do business over internet, you need to communicate with your visitors and customers. Do you know there's a better way to manage your company inbox instead of the old-fashioned way - fighting through a cluttered, spam-ridden inbox in a program like Outlook?
A program like Outlook works great for one person, always in the same location. But what if you have more than one person handling customer emails? Maybe you as a manager want to check what your support staff wrote. Maybe you have diverse teams that share the responsibility of handling customer support.

Enables support staff collaboration
When you have multiple support agents, you need a solution that will enable them to collaborate. When agent is on vacation or out of work, somebody else has to be able to take over his work.
With Support Center, your agents choose available tickets from the queue. You can escalate or forward ticket to other agent, comment it and much more.

Easy track of past communication
When solving the problem, it is necessary to know the history of communication with customer. Emails in Support Center are organized in Tickets - one ticket is one issue containing whole communication back and forth.

Emails organization
Automatically organize emails into different Queues. You can create queue for every group of emails you need.
For example, you can have one queue for emails from PayPal (payment notifications), one queue for support emails for every product, queue for sales emails, queue for resellers, queue for your private emails, queue for SPAM, and so on.

Very intuitive and easy to use
