HtmlSnap is an ActiveX control which can be used to convert webpages, plain text files and
Web Archive Format (*.MHT) files into images such as BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, TGA, PCX, WMF and EMF. It has the following highlight features:
1.Directly save the webpage at a given URL into BMP, JPG, IPEG, GIF, PNG, TIF, TGA and PCX image with custom saving options (i.e. html to image, html to jpg, html to bmp, html to tiff, html to png etc).
2.Convert html to vector image format like EMF and WMF.
3.Directly convert html string to images.
4.Directly convert Web Archive Format(*.MHT) files to images.
5.Support saving resulting image both to file and in memory.
6.Support saving both full-size web page and thumbnail one.
7.Support saving the whole html page to image without scrollbars.
8.Get title, source, links and cookies of a web page.
9.Get the html document DOM interface.
10.Make gray or black and white images with efficient algorithms to keep the quality. 11.Support setting color depth in images while keeping better quality.
12.Support JPEG compression level, compression method selection of TIFF and GIF.
13.Support setting color depth in images while keeping the quality of the image as much as possible.
14.Support compressing images into jpg, tiff, gif or png in memory without temporary files created.
15.Selectively save ActiveX, image, java applets, scripts and videos on a web page as you want.
16.Rich samples written in VC, C#, Delphi, VB, C++ Builder, VisualFoxPro, PowerBuilder, Java, JScript, Perl, VBScript, ASP, ASP.net, PHP and Python are provided.
