Ambiance Cold 0.1.5.6

Ambiance Cold is a colder blue version of the new Ubuntu theme Ambiance. Just uncompress package into ~/.themes.<br /><br />Also added namebar theme. Unlike traditional Gnome defaults, the Metacity theme's design requires the buttons to be in the order of maximize,minimize,close.
