ISA Creator Configurator is a standalone Java application for ???*?power users???*a*? (e.g., community curators) to regulate (i.e., declaring certain fields mandatory or mandating the use of certain ontologies) the fields displayed in the ISAcreator.<br /><br />Here are some key features of "ISA Creator Configurator":<br /><br />?*A* Allows matching of the requirements of the MIBBI checklists relevant to a particular workflow, and the tying in of a specific set of ontology terms selected from OBO ontologies for real time use via the Ontology Lookup Service and BioPortal public portals.<br /><br />The xml configuration files generated are then uploaded in:<br />?*A* the ISAcreator, which automatically generates the corresponding interface fields<br />?*A* in the ISAvalidator, prior validation of any ISA-Tab formatted file<br />?*A* in the ISAconverter, as this component includes the ISAvalidator<br />?*A* BII manager tool, that is also containing the ISAvalidator component
