Bandwidth Limiter 1.0

This post it won???*a*?t be very helpful for most of you, but it is extremely useful for me. <br />Currently I live in accommodation flat in London and for some annoying reason every room has a weekly cap of 14Gb???*A* Therefore, I usually reach the limit quite fast so I had to do something!!!<br /><br />Solution: A Bandwidth limiter that limits my connection to 64kbit/s.<br /><br />In this project I am also using two interesting parts of code from other developers:<br /><br />Authorization example from Michael Obrien.<br /><br />The authorization code is used to authorize the commands. To limit the connection two commands need to be executed; and since this requires sudo privileges authorization is required.<br /><br /> * sudo ipfw pipe 1 config bw 64kbit/s<br /> * sudo ipfw add 1 pipe 1 src-port 80;
