Bonim is the ub3r e|ite console AOL Instant Message (AIM) client. It is not blocked by AOL's lamer attempts to stop third party clients. Great for accessing AIM via telnet in your shell account. Great for scripting if you got something that can script console apps (I know there is something out there that does so). Great for those who hate the AOL client's annoying banner ads. Perfect for those of you who despise GUIs and, like a real computer user, do not have moronic point-n-click X-Windows on your POSIX box!
