THIS MODULE IS NOT READY TO BE USED WITHOUT PATCH, PLEASE READ THIS FIRSTThis module is an add-on to the Support Ticketing system module.In order for this module to work you first have to patch the support module with the patch found in this post:http://drupal.org/node/694264#comment-2660904Nevermind about the zip file but you will need the patch in place in order for this module to work.This module provides editing options for the confirmation e-mails that the Support Ticketing System module sends out.It also adds the strings to i18n if it is installed to allow for translation.
