Create additional custom comment fields per post type, including built in post types. Install : 1. Upload custom-comment-fields and its contents to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory 2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress 3. Navigate to Settings > Custom Comment Fields to manage your comment fields 4. Implement get_comment_meta(%FIELD_NAME%) replacing %FIELD_NAME% with the name provided in Settings > Custom Comment Fields
