It does not theoretically require any additional modules, but since it was designed to send notifications about ticket states, the use of a ticket management module such as Case Tracker or Workflow is implied from the start.It allows creating a group of users, assigning them one or more case tracker states or workflow states, and every 24 hours (configurable) it will send out an automated email for those tickets, reminding the users that there are items awaiting their attention.Currently the module sends out emails to the email addressed set up for that user's account.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
