A link field is created on the Block Admin page.It works by creating a new template variable in the $block object called $block->title_link. To display it, code for outputting the $block->title_link variable must be added to block.tpl.php.An example block.tpl.php that can be added to a theme is included.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
