Only the basic authentication method is currently supported and users must have matching REMOTE_USER header from the external system and in Drupal.Both Drupal users and user accounts on the external system must be manually managed.The module is intended for running a intranet site that is fully protected with HTTP basic authentication or a separate admin site. Connections to the admin site should be SSL encrypted and any external system can be used for authentication.Goal for this project is to provide yet another simple way to integrate Drupal with existing single sign-on systems that already have an Apache (or any other web server) module for HTTP basic Auth.This module requires the site to be already protected with HTTP authentication.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
