In theory, the functions provided by this module can be used with other themes as well.Installation:Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')Enable under Administer > Site Building > ModulesHere are some key features of "Omega Tools":dlTE Uses hook_form_alter to clean up the theme settings page.dlTE Turns the 3 default fieldsets into collapsible and collapsed regions, inside another default fieldset.dlTE If custom theme settings are provided, it moves the region for theme settings to the top of the page.dlTE Changes the size of the logo and favicon file upload fields to something more reasonable to avoid breaking layouts.
