MLS Module 5.x-1.1

The MLS Module allows for Drupal sites to incorporate real estate listings provided by MLS services as CCK content. It opens the door for access to RETS and IDX based MLS feeds. Currently, you must also have VieleRETS installed in order to tap into RETS-compliant listings. For IDX based feeds, this module includes a simple API for turning csv-based feeds and their images into nodes.There are a few major issues in the current codebase. I am slowly working to resolve the issues/put out patches/etc., but my workload continues to be very high which is preventing me from devoting much time to this project. I think all of the major pitfalls have been addressed in the issues for this project - please check them out to get an idea of what to expect and some of the necessary tweaks you might need to make.Please be advised that considering the complexity of RETS and especially of IDX feeds, it's likely that this code will require some customization/hacking to get working for your specific application. While the 'S' in RETS stands for 'standards', it's clear that every MLS provider thinks the standards should be implemented in their own unique way and that sometimes they should be disregarded all together! As a result, I'm fairly certain no one has gotten it to work perfectly out of the box ;) To be blunt, you should either be a PHP developer yourself, have one handy, or be willing to hire someone in order to make this thing go for your specific purposes.If you would like in-depth/fast support, help configuring the module, customizations/new features for the module, or would otherwise like to fund maintenance of this module, please contact me or visit http://www.colingolabs.com. We would be very interested in porting this to Drupal 6, but this is a massive undertaking. Considering the complexities, porting this to Drupal 6 would require considerable funding.
