Notify all WordPress users (and not only the admin) on post publishing. The notification is sent only one time after the first post publishing(not on every update).Installation : 1. Upload wp-post-notifier-for-all to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory 2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress 3. Set your notification template[center][/center]
