This plug-in will display the announcement with highlighter scroller. It gradually reveals each message into view from bottom to top. We can add more announcement, this will display 1 by 1 with highlighter scroller.Feature : 1. Simple. 2. Easy style override system. 3. We can add/edit/delete announcement any time. 4. Enble/disable option available so no need to delete announcement.Two way to use.1. Drag and drop the widget to your sidebar.2. Copy and paste the given code to the desired location.# Installation : 1. Unpack the *.zip file and extract the /announcement-ticker-highlighter-scroller/ folder.. 2. Drop the 'announcement-ticker-highlighter-scroller/' folder into your 'wp-content/plugins' folder. 3. In word press administration panels, click on plug-in from the menu. 4. You should see your new 'announcement ticker highlighter scroller' plug-in listed under Inactive plug-in tab. 5. To turn the word presses plug-in on, click activate.. 6. Go to 'announcement ticker highlighter scroller' link under SETTING TAB to add/edit/delete Announcement. 7. Go to widget link under Appearance tab, Drag & drop 'announcement ticker highlighter scroller' widget to your desired location in the active sidebar or paste the mentioned code to desired template location.
