PR-Tracker is an enterprise level problem tracking system designed especially for bug tracking. PR-Tracker is easy to use and setup. It has a sensible default configuration so you can begin tracking bugs right away while configuring the software on the fly to suit your special needs. Features classification, assignment, sorting, searching, reporting, access control, user permissions, attachments, email notification and much more.
PR-Tracker Web Client performs bug tracking over the internet or an intranet without using a browser. It has the same easy to use Windows interface and features of PR-Tracker and uses local caching to provide top performance without compromising features. Use it to connect to a PR-Tracker database from remote locations or to collaborate with other companies. Included with PR-Tracker.

Requirements: 40 MB Disk Space, 32 MB RAM recommended, Windows 95, 98 with DCOM,IE 4.0 or above (to use online help and reports)
