Multilingual registration approval 1.0

This plugin forces user's registration to be approved first by an administrator.The user email is first verified, then the administrator will approve the registration.The template must include a position for the Message ( )When using JoomFish, the global configuration for each language should be parametered.As of 2009-06-19, 28 languages are included: English, French, Danish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Slovak, Albanian, Swedish, Thadodc, Polish, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Dutch, Catalan, Turkish, Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), Gujarati, Japanese, Spanish, Romanian, Montenegrin, Belarussian, Russian, Lao, farsi, Estonian.Will add languages when they come. Please send new language file if you make one.
