The toolkit accompanies the bookA Pragmatic Introduction to the Finite Element Methodfor Thermal and Stress Analysispublished (2007) by the World Scientific Publishing Co.The toolkit and earlier versions of the book aredistributed as open-source from http://hogwarts.ucsd.edu/~pkrysl/sofea ======================================The toolkit includes finite element tools for linear transient thermalanalysis and elastodynamics.The finite elements include linear and quadratic triangles,tetrahedra, quadrangles, hexahedra, and of courselinear and quadratic line segment elements.The author is looking for all sorts of feedback andinteraction/collaboration.
