Smale horseshoes, curvilinear rectangles and their U-shaped images patterned onSmaled-deOaos famous example, provide a rigorous way to study chaos in dynamicalsystems. This program is written according to the algorithm proposed in thepaper, which has submitted to DDSN d-deDUAn algorithm to automatically detect Smalehorseshoesd-deDt. The program includes the codes for the four examples in that paper(the Duffing map, the HdoTenon map, the Ikeda map, and the Lozi map).How does the program work?The file d-deDUFindPeirod.md-deDt is used to get the period obits and find the saddlepoints, as well as the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the Jacobian at thosepoints. You may pick one, copy it into d-deDUHorseshoeFindAuto_demo.md-deDt .The file d-deDUHorseshoeFindAuto_demo.md-deDt demonstrates the step of the algorithm inthat paper.
