Fuzzy c-means thresholding 1.0

FCMTHRESH Thresholding by 3-class fuzzy c-means clustering [bw,level]=fcmthresh(IM,sw) outputs the binary image bw and threshold level of image IM using a 3-class fuzzy c-means clustering.
