Whenever there is need for to magnify certain parts for an image in Flash 8 or Flash CS3 the Lens Effect is the perfect solution. This component does not require any additional programming work and will simply create a .swf file.It can be applied to the Timeline or Actionscript instantly, and can either create a 'fish eye' effect on parts of an image or just follow the mouse cursor as the user hovers over the picture.This simple plug-in is extremely versatile as all parameters can be easily edited. A fixed position can be set and the 'strength' of the lens can be specified to create the desired picture manipulation.
