The nodes get displayed sorted by date.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually /sites/all/modules/) and enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules. Key features "Last Node": - a page for any node type with pager; - simply api for create your "frontpage" page... with one row you make list of x number last item title; - one block that link all lists for each node allowed; - one block for show all last 10 items (in all nodes allowed) with marquee tag; - one block last 10 items for each node type - RSS feed for each node type; - at the settings page you can associate one picture and one label for most representative last_node/ result.
