The output can be themed through taxtreenodes.css and the theme_taxtreenodes_term, theme_taxtreenodes_nodes, theme_taxtreenodes_node functions.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually /sites/all/modules/) and enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
