About Chimera
A 3D Engine, provided as screensaver and executable for MacOS X with a lot of optional scenes.

Highlights of Chimera are:- fully scriptable engine thru C-style language (a real parser made with yacc tools)
- advanced particle systems and lens flares with occlusions and scriptable blending
- advanced texturing engine: bumpmapping, envmapping, realtime cubemapping, lightmapping and reflections (3 texture units required)
- support of normal mapping and dot3 bump/specular mapping (4 texture units required)
- support GFX, 3DS, OBJ, BSP, MDx, MOV, AVI and all well know images format (depending from OS)
- latest filtering including trilinear, texture compression and hardware anisotropic;
- lightmap generator thru internal radiosity processor
