Akeni Live help and Secure Enterprise Instant Messaging IM is a hosted service that allows visitors to your web site to communicate with sales people and customer support staff. The visitors only need a web browser, without the need to install Java, Flash, or Active-X controls. The application is hosted on Akeni's own server, with us providing the administration and support for it. All you need to do is to download and install a small, easy to use client side software. This service allows companies access to an enterprise level messaging system that offers strong encryption and also provides messaging policy management through the use of shared public groups and role based user access rights.
