Chariots PIM Database 2011 is a scheduler and database program. Names of your contacts, their addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, date of births etc can be easily stored. The effectiveness of any database could easily be measured by how easily you can search for and find information in the same. Sorting, searching and then printing out a list of details you need is easily done with the program. There`s no reason you cannot organize your business related data such as business contacts in the same information organizer. The program also has a scheduler through which you can organize your personal and/or business engagements. Database backup and restore can be managed too so that there is no worry about data integrity at any time. The latest version has updated reporting and even a labeling functionality.

The interface is simple. An appropriate toolbar comes up when the functionality is clicked on the initial menu bar. Functionality and hence the main display area too changes based on choice of functionality. Schedules entry is made easy by any data entry form. The details are in the style of Outlook appointments. Scedules page has three months calendar. Besides the current month, you get a view of the earlier month as well as the next month. Holidays are marked on the calendar. You can get different timeline views of the engagements; daily, weekly and so on. Contacts details present a tabular view of details, contacts birthdays are available on a calendar format, you can find whose birthday falls on a specific day. While the information organization and entry is good, there are no significantly different features from many other such programs.
