Bidoma Alert XL is an add-in for Microsoft® Excel® and works with the most common Excel versions (2010, 2007, & 2003.) Users can easily monitor and receive alerts on individual cells in Excel spreadsheets – no programming skills are required.

Alerts are individually defined and based on data changes or user defined conditions (greater than, less than, equal to, etc.) Alerts are delivered automatically to the Windows desktop without having to open Excel spreadsheets manually.

FEATURES:

Available for Excel 2010, 2007, and 2003:
· Bidoma Alert XL works with Microsoft Excel 2010, Excel 2007, and Excel 2003.
· In Excel 2010 and 2007, the Office Fluent User Interface also known as the Ribbon menu is utilized.

World Ready:
· Out of the box, menus and instructions are available in multiple languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish

External Data:
· In addition to native Excel data, all Excel data objects can be monitored.

Simple Alert Creation:
· Alerts are created easily with a right click on the cell of interest or by using the Alerts menu.

Monitors Alerts Automatically:
· The Bidoma Alert XL Agent runs in the Windows notification area and monitors Excel spreadsheets automatically.
· Alerts are generated when the alert criteria are met - It is not necessary to open the Excel spreadsheets to stay informed.

Visual & Audible Alerts:
· Alerts are displayed on the Windows desktop. Shortcuts within alerts enable quick access to the affected Excel spreadsheet.
· An audible sound can be played when alerts are delivered in addition to the visual notification.

Deployment Made Simple:
· Bidoma Alert XL is designed for simple deployments in enterprise environments.
· A scripted setup option allows installations to be packaged and deployed with existing Systems Management Software to multiple clients.
