You can resize, rotate, lighten, darken, blur, sharpen, set transparency, move, use special effects, merge, use a filter or picture-frame on any image, you can use a central-focus effect on the image to make spectacular action pictures or merge images with other pictures, backgrounds, colors and masks to create beautiful scenes. 36IC is also able to remove a background from an image and put a new one behind it. For the artistic people there are 25 intelligent multicolor brushes available. This image editor and converter can be used as alternative for expensive applications like photoshop or paint shop pro. All actions can be redone by using the history function.
