You can also see the estimated safety rating for the new software based on several aspects (if it's digitally signed, if it contains dangerous functions, if it was shipped through a Windows update, etc). After you make an "allow" or "deny" decision, Innovative Startup Firewall will enforce your choice automatically, without bothering you.
