Tagwolf is a powerful time saver for Outlook users who want to stay in control of their inbox. Filing important emails to a well-organised folder structure is a crucial activity for many knowledge workers. Indicating to which folder an email should be filed traditionally required a series of repetitive and time consuming manual operations. Tagwolf eliminates these by analysing each email the user is working on and intelligently proposing the right folder to which the email should be filed. All the users need to do is confirm this suggestion with a simple mouse click and Tagwolf will automatically file the email to the specified folder. This effectively reduces the whole filing operation to one mouse click, which represents significant time savings for users, possibly up to an hour per day. Tagwolf is an add-in for Microsoft® Outlook® 2010, 2007 and 2003.
