bookkey is a browser independent bookmark manager that uses tags, and only tags (keywords), instead of the usual hierarchical folder structure.

bookkey introduces a new way to handle a large number of tags easily.

bookkey supports nearly any browser, including the brand new SeaMonkey.

Windows Favorites and bookmarks from Netscape and Opera can be imported. The folder names are used as tags in bookkey.

bookkey also offers a very fast filter mechanism to search for a sequence of characters anywhere within description, URL or comment of all bookmarks.

Plus some innovative features that make handling bookmarks and web pages easier.
