CreateHandouts is a small PowerPoint 2010 VSTO Add-In to restore the pre-PowerPoint 2007 behavior of exporting slides + notes as vector graphics / text (versus the current behavior of exporting the slides as bitmaps).

The application is able to create fully searchable handouts with tiny footprints. In most cases, the resulting .pdf is smaller than the original PowerPoint file.
