Customize your timers to run sequentially, or use only one. You can easily modify the duration and 'signal chimes for each phase or timer. Lotus Meditation Timer includes over a dozen high-quality sound files for you to use, or you can select a custom sound file or MP3 of your choice. Lotus will remember your settings so that each day you can simply launch the application and click 'Begin to get started.

Lotus also provides a 'No Sleep option to ensure your Mac wont go into sleep mode, and your timers will continue running. Use your Macs remote control to pause, start, reset, and announce the remaining time, all without leaving your cushion. Lotus also includes 'Sessions to save and switch between frequent timer settings.
