JA-assistant is a software independent of JA-Tennis which allows the administrative assistants, or the judges referees themselves to control information of the players at the time of their arrival, to start the matches, to record the scores and to provide a detailed assessment of the day in the evening. Both the referee and the assistant have a machine at their disposal. The referee uses JA-Tennis and the assistant JA-Assistant. In the morning, a planning of the matches to be made, will be transferred from JA-Tennis to JA-Assistant. In the course of the day the assistant progressively controls the licence of the players at their arrival, starts the matches, records the scores and finally gives the next convocation to the winner. In the evening, after the last match, the planning is transferred to JA-Tennis for recording thescores and the events of the day. This transfer is carried out automatically by removable disk, mail or manually by simple reading of a summary document printed or received by FAX.
