PointandSee is a handy, simple but full featured application specially designed to offer users a under cursor colour picker / finder.

Simply move the finder over the colour that you need to distinguish. The inbuilt magnifyer and X,Y readouts allows you to see in detail your selection and aids to pinpoint the exact pixels under the finder.

The colour under the finder is displayed in the Point Colour box, at the same time R,G,B and Hexidecimal values for the selected pixel are shown.
