Email Saver Xe is an utility designed to easily create a backup or archive file of your mail data from your favorite Email Client, which may easily be restored when necessary. It supports the top 8 Mail Clients: Outlook Express ( 5.x and 6.0 ), Microsoft Outlook, Eudora ( Pro and Light ) and IncrediMail, Pegasus Mail, The Bat and PocoMail. It allows you to backup and restore your messages, address book, settings, mail and news accounts, message rules, blocked senders lists and the signatures. All backup functions can be processed either separately or together and the user can choose the identity to save or restore data.
The AutoBackup feature allows you to backup your important data daily, weekly or at any time period you choose. You can backup data on one computer and restore it on another, this making Email Saver not just a backup utility but also a synchronization tool. The program is easy to use and has a simplified user interface, in the form of a wizard, very useful for beginners. The user interface is multilingual: English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish and Romanian.
Viruses, software failures, or power outages can destroy the data on your hard drives. Why would you have to re-download or even loose all you existing email messages ( together with address book, contacts, mail rules and all other email data ) every time your system crashes or you re-install Windows? You can just use Email Saver Xe to create a compressed backup copy of your email data and store it in a safe place. After a crash or a format, simply restore the backup and your data will be back in no time!
With the Auto Backup Feature, Email Saver Xe can be easily setup to run quietly in background and create new backup copies of your email data at specified time intervals, without disturbing you at all from your work.
