E-Ruler is a powerful measuring tool for Windows. It's simple and easy to use. Best of all, it can measure angle and length of multi-point. Also, it have a magnifier which can zoom from x2 to x6. It is easy to measure a slant line. Actually, it can measure anything on your screen.
It is especially useful when measuring graphics, web page browser sizes or whatever. e- Ruler can display Pixels, Inches or Centimeters.
