Many Traditional Chinese Web Pages are encoded in Big5-HKSCS but misdeclared as Big5. This is a patch for Mozilla series applications, including Mozilla, Firefox, Camino, Thunderbird and Sunbird. It forces them to decode web pages as Big5-HKSCS encoded when they are identified or declared as Big5 encoded. It has no side effects since Big5-HKSCS is a superset of Big5. Web pages encoded in other schemes are unaffected.[It was named "Force Big5-HKSCS for Big5 in Mozilla"]
